Coach Bios:

U10 Boys: Dave Conger

Dave was a 4 year starter at Douglas County High School in Colorado, continuing to play at the University of Colorado at Denver. Dave can always be found on the Common fields for Rec & Travel. He has been a staple at CPSC for over 9 years, as a travel coach, recreation coach, Board Member & coaching committee chair. He was a trainer with Miles Joseph’s Player’s Soccer Academy for 4 years. Dave holds a USSF “E” level license.

U12 Boys: Lucas Cammarata

Lucas Cammarata has been coaching for the Clifton Park Soccer Club at the Rec and Club level since 2001. He has coached U10A, U12A and U14A teams as a parent coach, then took some time off to follow his son through his premier career. Lucas returned to CPSC for the 20015-20016 season to coach the Stingers to a successful season. Lucas holds a USSF “E” level coaching license.  Lucas has been playing soccer since I was 12 and continues to play competitively in the Men’s O30 league.  Lucas played for Peekskill HS where he was a 3 year varsity starter and played club soccer at Plattsburgh State. In addition, Lucas is Vice President of Nick’s Fight to be Healed Foundation and dedicated to helping children who suffer from pediatric Cancer, http://www.fighttobehealed.org

U14 Boys: Jesse Carpenter

Jesse played high school soccer for Rome Free Academy in central NY captaining the team his senior year.  He went on the play college soccer at Clarkson University.  He was a member of Clarkson’s NCAA national semi final team his sophomore year and captained the team his Senior year earning all league status.  Jesse has been an assist coach in the organization for the past couple years and holds a USSF “F” level license.  He has a true love for the game and continues to play competitive soccer with fellow coaches Cassidy Jones and Mike Bartoletti.

U16 Boys: Mike Haley

Mike Haley holds a USSF “F: level license and has been coaching soccer for 10 years with the Clifton Park Soccer Club.  He starting playing soccer at a young age for Schodack Central schools. He played Junior Varsity Soccer in 7th grade and then went on to play as a starter for Varsity Soccer from 8th through 12th grade.  Coach Haley still plays soccer in an over 40 league.
Coach Haley actively provides players with the skills necessary to achieve positive results. With innovative motivation techniques and positive reinforcement, Coach Haley provides an atmosphere conducive to learning, not only soccer skills, but also life skills. Building trust through relationships, in a team setting, is Coach Haley’s simple philosophy for success on the field

U17/18 Boys: Todd Bradshaw

Todd Bradshaw has been coaching for the Clifton Park Soccer Club for the past ten years.  Todd holds a USSF “F” level coaching license and a Level 1 NSCAA Goalkeeping License.  Todd has been playing soccer since I was 10.  In all but four of his past 40 years playing soccer he has been as a goalkeeper. Todd grew up playing in the Clifton Park Travel program as well as playing for the Shenendehowa Plainsmen. During his senior year, his team was the first team to make it through sectionals and to the state semifinals. Todd still plays both competitive outdoor and indoor soccer. Todd has been training the Clifton Park Soccer Club goalkeepers and the Shen boys and girls soccer teams goalkeepers for the past two years.

U10 Girls: Ralph Pisano

Ralph began his soccer career as a player with Clifton Park Premier and was a player on the 1994-96 Shenedehowa Varsity team. He continues as a player in the Adult Leagues. Ralph has been a staple in the coaching landscape of Clifton Park Soccer Club. Since 2008, he has taken the role of head coach for various level teams with the U8’s & U10’s. Ralph enjoys helping players develop their soccer skills and build their confidence. He believes that players should understand the commitment and respect it takes to be a part of the team. Ralph credits his participation and experiences with CPSC, especially his coaches and level of play, to his success on the field. He wants to share the experience and pass on his knowledge to current CPSC players.

U12 Girls: Jay McGill

Jay holds an “E” level coaching license. He began his soccer career as a player for CPSC, at its beginning. He was a 3 year Varsity player for Mike Campisi at Shen and continued on to play college level soccer at KSC. Jay has been a parent coach or Assistant coach for the past 9 years at CPSC to his daughters. He coached for 2 years at the U8 level. He co-coached at the U10 level for 7 years. He was the head coach of the U10 “A” girls , and for the past 2 years has been an assistant to Steve Karbowski at the U12 & U16 levels.

U14 Girls: Holli Nirsberger

Holli Nirsberger enters her 12th year as the Varsity Girls Soccer Coach. During her tenure at Shenendehowa Central Schools she holds an impressive 87-14-4 record. In her first year taking over the program, Coach Nirsberger led her 2004 team to a New York State Championship. Prior to taking over the program, Coach Nirsberger served as the Varsity Assistant Coach from 2000-2004.  She attended SUNY Cortland, where she lettered, captained, and excelled as a four year member of the Varsity Women’s Soccer team. She was leading scorer in 1998 and 1999. She was also recognized her senior year by making the NSCAA All-Regional Team, NSCAA All-Academic Team, as well as receiving the prestigious honor of Cortland’s Red Letter Award.

Coach Nirsberger is a physical education teacher at Shenendehowa High School and is also the Shen Varsity women’s head coach.  Holli has her B.S. in Physical Education, B.S. in Sports Medicine, and a Masters in Kinesiology. She also has a minor in Coaching and Outdoor Education. She currently teaches 6th grade Physical Education, and not only coaches soccer and lacrosse, but is also an Athletic Trainer at Shenendehowa.

U16 Girls: Jacqueline Thibault

Jackie holds a USSF “F” level coaching license.  She grew up playing soccer for the Clifton Park Soccer Club through both the recreational soccer league and Clifton Park Premier. She also played for Shenendehowa’s High School Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Soccer Teams from 2004-2008.  She was team captain her Senior year. Following High School, Jackie went on to play for the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team at SUNY Oswego.

Jackie moved back to Clifton Park back in 2013 after graduating from SUNY Oswego and got back involved with the Clifton Park Soccer Club as a coach for the Recreational Program. During the 2014-2015 season Jackie was the Assistant Coach for U12A girls travel team, and in the 2015-2016 season Jackie was the Assistant Coach for the U14A girls travel team.
