Please note, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in October per the CPSC Constitution. At the AGM, all elected Board members must stand for reelection. Any CPSC registered member may run for any of the elected positions, if interested. I will be interviewing all current elected officers shortly to determine if they are interested in standing for election for another year. Also, if anyone is interested in standing for election to the Board for any of the elected positions, please email me with any questions. The elected positions are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, CDYSL rep, and 4 “at large” positions. Thank you for your time and interest.
Here are a few updates about the Adult "Walking" League.
The "walking" game is pretty much like the "regular" game other than a smaller group plays on a smaller field, running is not allowed, and contact is also not allowed (knowing there will be a minor amount of unavoidable minor contact).
It's really a fun game in which speed is removed as an advantage. Instead, the focus is on the team shape, excellent foot control, and smart, well-executed passing. We've got a really nice group of people playing and it's a great time socially as well as a great way to get some exercise that's easy on the joints.
Any adult can join, there is no age limit.
We'll be running the walking game alongside the regular Monday evening pickup games at 6:00 to better allow working people to join. We are starting the season on September 8.
The fee for the fall session walking program is $10 for new players. Those who registered in the spring for walking are already paid through the end of October. And, anyone registered with the Over-30 Pickup group can choose to play the walking game anytime they wish (like if they're carrying a minor injury that requires them to take it a little easy).
If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. And, please let your friends know about it. It's perfect for those carrying injuries or players new to the game that want to work on foot skills. Please direct your inquiries to coordinator@cliftonparkadult.soccer.
The Clifton Park Soccer Club is excited to continue our U6 program for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. This program is designed for boys and girls soccer who were born in 2020 and 2021. This will be a five (5) month program that will run from November through the end of March. Our U6 curriculum is designed to introduce soccer, begin developing foot skills, confidence and a love of playing soccer. The program will be under the direction of Todd Bradshaw, a USSF D licensed coach. Coach Bradshaw will be supported by parent volunteers.
In the U6 program, players will train once a week and play in weekly intra-club games. The players will receive two Evolution jerseys, one pair of shorts, and a pair of socks. The cost of the program is $450.

The Clifton Park Soccer Club U8 Evolution program is excited for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. This program is designed for boys and girls soccer players who were born in 2018 and 2019. This program is not coed. We have gender specific teams that focus not only on soccers skills but also on team building and developing friendships. This is a ten (10) month program that will run from November through the end of June. Our U8 curriculum is an extension of our U6 program designed to introduce soccer, begin developing foot skills, confidence and a love of playing soccer. But it is also designed for the beginning player as teams are divided by skill levels, where they grow and develop fundamentals. The program will be under the direction of Todd Bradshaw, a USSF D licensed coach. Coach Bradshaw will be supported by licensed assistant coaches.
In the U8 program, players will train once a week, have 8 skills sessions and travel locally for spring games. Optional winter game play will be made available. The players will receive two Evolution jerseys, one pair of shorts, and a pair of socks. The cost of the program is $850.
